Claire Trevor School of the Arts - University Art Galleries (UAG), UC Irvine
UAG is committed to promoting an inter-generational dialogue between 60s and 70s neo-avant-garde art and contemporary visual culture, curatorially keeping an eye on the modernist past while promoting the most innovative aesthetic and political debates of the post-modern present.

UAG comprises three exhibition spaces showcasing thematic series. The Major Works of Art Series commissions original projects by working artists. The Emerging Artist Series features solo projects by younger artists informed by the Major Works series. The Critical Aesthetics Program commissions new work by renowned mid-career artists. UAG produces group exhibitions showcasing historical and contemporary art and film projects. Additionally, the Beall Center for Art + Technology offers hands-on installations of new media experimental art by internationally known artists.

Irvine Barcley Theatre

Located on the campus of UC Irvine, this independent not-for-profit theatre is funded by ticket sales, fees for usage, and tax-deductible contributions.

Institute and Museum of California Art

UCI’s Institute and Museum of California Art (IMCA) is home to two foundational collections of California art—The Irvine Museum Collection, comprising more than 1,300 California Impressionist and plein air paintings, and The Buck Collection, including 3,000-plus works of California modern and post-war contemporary art. The university is planning to construct a permanent museum and research institute to serve as a global magnet for the exhibition and study of California art within its social, historical, environmental, and cultural frameworks.

Musical Theatre Village

Musical theatre in a family friendly environment. This non-profit community-based theatre is conveniently located near the Irvine Spectrum. MTV presents five family-oriented musical plays each year, showcasing the talents of members of our community.

Pretend City Children's Museum
Located in Irvine

William R. Mason Regional Park

Situated near the UCI campus and Irvine business district, hundreds of acres of protected land serve as a natural reserve dedicated to habitat enhancement. Many native animal species inhabit the area, while the park's sparkling, cool lake and lush shade trees provide visitors with a refreshing change of pace.

Oak Creek Golf Club
