International Surfing Museum

Bolsa Chica Wetlands

Bolsa Chica Wetlands is a 300 acre coastal sanctuary for wildlife and migratory birds.

Huntington Beach Pier

Built in 1914, this 1,800 foot pier was shut down in July 1988 after officials found it no longer was structurally safe. After being rebuilt, it is a blend of old and new in design. On the pier you can fish, eat, shop, experience spectacular views of some of the world's best surfers and watch indescribable Pacific Ocean sunsets. Year round events can also be found such as surfing contests and concerts.

Huntington Beach Central Park

350 acres consisting of beautiful trees and foliage plus six miles of trails. Includes a frisbee disc course, dog park, free concerts, playgrounds and nature center.

Park entrances can be found on Edwards, GoldenWest, Gothard, Slater, and Talbert Streets

Shipley Nature Center

Opened in 1974, the Shipley Nature Center is an 18-acre fenced natural area within Huntington Beach Central Park, CA. Named after former Mayor Donald D. Shipley, the center is owned by the City of Huntington Beach. The Nature Center includes 4,000 feet of trails that meander through several habitats, including oak woodlands, Torrey pines, meadows, and Blackbird Pond, a natural freshwater wetland with mature willows and sycamores. Within the Nature Center is a 1,500 sq. ft. Interpretive Building with exhibits on local wildlife and ecology.

Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt

Designed to be engaging, challenging and entertaining for adults! An incredibly fun and unique competition where you'll prove if your detective skills are good enough to solve a murder…

Each team is given a list of suspects along with a packet of tricky clues, twisted riddles and mind-bending puzzles. All on foot, our logic-based clues will systematically lead you to explore Downtown Huntington Beach: including the Huntington Beach Pier, Downtown Shops, Beach Walking Trail, Pacific City, and Triangle Park. Using your wits and some creativity, each location will reveal another piece of your investigation, and you'll eliminate innocent suspects until you've discovered… Who Done It?

This is NOT a Phone App game. This is an event with a host and other teams. Bring a cell phone to call the helpline in case you get stumped, but a smart phone is not needed, and will not help you. This is great fun for both locals and tourists. There's no official age limit, but the logic-based clues are too difficult for young kids.
