 Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt
Designed to be engaging, challenging and entertaining for adults! An incredibly fun and unique competition where you'll prove if your detective skills are good enough to solve a murder…
Each team is given a list of suspects along with a packet of tricky clues, twisted riddles and mind-bending puzzles. All on foot, our logic-based clues will systematically lead you to explore Downtown Huntington Beach: including the Huntington Beach Pier, Downtown Shops, Beach Walking Trail, Pacific City, and Triangle Park. Using your wits and some creativity, each location will reveal another piece of your investigation, and you'll eliminate innocent suspects until you've discovered… Who Done It?
This is NOT a Phone App game. This is an event with a host and other teams. Bring a cell phone to call the helpline in case you get stumped, but a smart phone is not needed, and will not help you. This is great fun for both locals and tourists. There's no official age limit, but the logic-based clues are too difficult for young kids.

The Huntington Beach Historical Society is proud to host the 31st annual Civil War Days Living History Event in Huntington Beach Central Park during the 160th anniversary of America's Civil War. Living history events like Civil War Days allow people to experience vivid recreations of life in our past in ways that would not otherwise be possible, and learn about some of the most important moments in our collective history.
This event is facilitated by hundreds of dedicated volunteers portraying people from all walks of life, and as always, our events are free to the public.

of July Parade & Pier Festival
The day starts early with the Surf City
5K Run and Fitness Expo, the Huntington
Beach Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast and then
the Annual Huntington Beach 4th of July
Parade makes its way along historic Main
Street parade route.
After
the parade ends, everyone is invited to
bask in the Huntington Beach sun and enjoy
the Pier Festival until evening, when the
excitement mounts in anticipation of a spectacular
fireworks display over the ocean. |
