A Taste of Greece

This is a fun-filled Festival for the whole family! Pastries, dancing, boutique & delicious Greek food. There will also be Greek folk dancing lessons, church tours and kids play zone

Lions Club Fish Fry & Carnival - Costa Mesa
June 28-30, 2024

Held since 1945, the event features Opportunity Drawing, Beer & Wine Garden, Carnival Rides, Booths & Rock bands throughout Lions Park. The Fish Fry is presented to help raise money for local schools, clubs, and other organizations in the community.

Admission is FREE! Fish Dinners $15

OC ShakesBEER Festival - Dana Point
June 29-30, 2024

The OC ShakesBEER Festival comes to Dana Point June 29 & 30th with a production of William Shakespreare’s The Tempest. This inaugural family friendly free event features beer tasting from local breweries, games for the kids, and a live 90-minute production of one of the Bard’s classic plays.

The beer tasting event features local breweries Dillahunt, Left Coast, Docent and Station Craft. Food, wine and other beverages will be available for purchase. There will be a bounce house for the kids and some fun lawn games too!

IMPORTANT: No seating available so bring your low-back chair or picnic blanket.

Festival of Arts
Laguna Beach

Come discover the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach- a juried fine art show featuring 140 of Orange County’s top artists in an open-air gallery setting. A world-renowned art destination, visitors can take tours of the exhibit, catch an art demonstration, dine at one of the on-site restaurants, create their own masterpiece, or simply sit back and enjoy the creative atmosphere. Weekends are jam-packed with live music and special events providing entertainment for all.

The Orange County Fair - Costa Mesa

Always a Good Time!! The annual Orange County Fair is the premier family attraction in Southern California offering a wide variety of exhibits, foods, entertainment, rides and hands-on activities. There is something for everybody at the Fair including the summer headline concert series, working farm and petting zoos, thrill rides, contests, and games.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no transaction fees on Fair admission! Fairgoers should make sure to get tickets for special days and group adventures now.

Ocean Festival - San Clemente
July 20-21, 2024

Celebrating "The Greatest Show on Surf!"

Competitions include the NEW Tandem Boogie Board contest, the NEW Pier Bowl Surf Classic, our world-famous Dory boat races, 5K beach run, and one-mile ocean swim.

For kids and family fun, there's Kid’s Dolphin Dash, ‘Groms Rule’ Surf Contest, and Fishing Derby. This years line-up includes a FREE beach concert, Sand Sculpting Contest, Woody Car Exhibits, and the Ocean Art Show

Children's Organizations

Boy Scouts of Orange County

The Boy Scouts of America is the nation's foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training. In the future Scouting will continue to offer young people responsible fun and adventure; instill in young people lifetime values and develop in them ethical character as expressed in the Scout Oath and Law.

Girl Scouts of Orange County

Through a wide range of enriching experiences-field trips, cultural exchanges, community service, leadership opportunities, skill-building workshops, outdoor education-girls grow courageous and strong. Girl Scout program is progressive and age-appropriate, with the girls' roles and responsibilities expanding as they move through the different levels. Girl Scouting helps cultivate values, social conscience and self-esteem in young girls, while also teaching them critical life skills that will enable them to succeed as adults.

National Girls Ministries

Girls Ministries is a ministry tool to help fulfill the Titus 2 principle of women mentoring young girls. Girls can begin in Missionettes at 3 years of age and continue through high school.
