Veterans from all branches of the military are honored in Anaheim on a special Veterans Day celebration hosted by the City of Anaheim. The ceremony is typically held at the City's Veterans Monument in downtown Anaheim and the public is invited to attend and pay tribute to the brave men and women who willingly served our country.
Free to attend, all are welcome.

of Foreign War Memorial Day Event

VFW Post 9934 and the City of Dana Point will present a Veterans Day program on Friday, November 11, at the Dana Point Veterans Memorial starting at 10:00 am. The Memorial is located at 34201 Selva Road, at Strand Beach, just off Pacific Coast Highway.
The program will include an unveiling of the updated memorial plaques which list the names of veterans who have died during the past year who were members of VFW Post 9934 or residents of Dana Point.

Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony

The parade participants march north on Harbor Blvd and culminate at the Hillcrest Park Great Lawn at 1200 N. Harbor Blvd. The ceremony to honor those who served their country through military service will be held next to the War Memorial at 11:00 a.m.
The ceremony will include placement of wreaths, patriotic solos by Kristen Romero, a gun salute by the Fullerton Police Department and the playing of "Taps." The event is free and all are welcome to attend.

Veteran's Day Ceremony and Car Show

The Veterans Day Car Show will feature hundreds of classic, collector cars, customs, motorcycles, and more at the city beach parking lot across the street from major resort hotels, Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa, and The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel. Enjoy various vendors with great food, stage entertainment including performances from local bands, and more.
Attendance is free though there is a fee if you plan to register and show a car. The event registration and donations support special veteran’s programs with proceeds from the event donated to nonprofit organizations.

Breakfast and Veterans Gas Card

Each year, Veterans Day reminds us of all the brave men and women who fight for freedom on our behalf. The members of our military make countless sacrifices to protect the lives we enjoy in this country. What they do takes an incredible amount of courage, and they deserve our most sincere thanks. Nuvision will be honoring active military and veterans with a catered breakfast and $25 gas card in appreciation of their service.
From 8:00 AM-10:00 AM on Friday, November 11th, active-duty military, and veterans are invited to attend this free breakfast where we will be holding a brief outdoor ceremony honoring veterans. Most importantly, guests will be able enjoy time with fellow veterans for a special day celebrating them!

Pretend City Children's Museum: Remembering Veterans Day

Today at Pretend City we’re recognizing our Veterans with educational activities and memorable events. This day is dedicated to teaching our young guests about why we appreciate our veterans and how we can show our appreciation. Join us as we show our respect and celebrate those who have sacrificed for our freedom!
• Use pipe cleaners and red tissue paper to create lovely red poppies and add them to our community wreath, or take them home for someone you love! Explore red, white, and blue paint, and make handprints on paper! Discover red, white, and blue items in a sea of rice!

Veterans Day Free Patriotic Concert

The Veterans Day celebration returns with a free air show that guests are welcome to view in the Nixon Library parking lot before heading into the magnificent East Room with a spectacular presentation of patriotism by the famed Huntington Beach Concert Band. Admission to the museum galleries for the general public is not included with registration.
Veterans will receive free admission all day.
