Parentis Health provides 24/7, affordable, reliable, and convenient door-thru-door non-emergency medical transportation for seniors in Orange County who walk independently, use a wheelchair, use mobility aids, need a gurney transport or supplemental oxygen.

We can help you travel to or from: medical appointments, dental appointments, clinic appointments, dialysis centers, outpatient surgical centers, home from a hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Assisted Living Facility (ALF), and personal errands.

Unlike a taxi or rideshare, we don’t just drop you off. Our professional drivers will pick you up wherever you are, make sure you are comfortably secured, and walk you into your appointment or destination, ensuring your safety.

Senior Mobility Program

The Senior Mobility Program (SMP) provides transportation services to seniors in 17 participating cities, the Vietnamese Community of Orange County in Santa Ana and the Korean-American Senior Association in Garden Grove. Thanks to SMP, seniors can take trips to community centers, meal programs, medical appointments and shopping centers. Under the program, participating cities are eligible to receive funds and vehicles from OCTA to help design and operate a transit program that best fits the needs of older adults in their communities.
