The Festival of Arts Presents: Ephemeral Monuments: A Stillman Sawyer Retrospective - Laguna Beach
January 10 – March 31, 2024
Open daily 9am – 8pm

This captivating showcase delves into the intricate relationship between Sawyer, a longtime Festival of Arts exhibitor, and his distinctive black and white photography, nature, and the passage of time.

Exploring his photographs across diverse biomes, from the serene deserts to the rhythmic seas and the majestic mountain peaks, "Ephemeral Monuments" invites contemplation on the majesty of nature, prompting viewers to enter the same contemplative state as Sawyer patiently waits for the perfect moment.
