Art Steps Online Program is debuting their online, interactive art program based on their award-winning programe week of 3/30/20! Try a class for free!!

At Art Steps, we teach realistic, classical drawing and painting skills to kids ages 4 and up, teens and adults. Students receive hands-on, step-by-step guidance as they walk through lessons in a variety of subject matter and media, from crayons through oil paint, gaining confidence through learning to skillfully render what they see, one step at a time.

Walk MS - Irvine

Because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the public event is canceled. Walk MS is asking you to challenge your friends and family to join you – virtually, of course! People with MS are counting on us to do whatever it takes.

Fun, festival-like event including food, drink, entertainment and a 2 mile walk at UCI. The National MS Society's mission is to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis. They are currently accepting registrations via, email, mail or over the telephone for this walk.

Annual 'Gardenfest' - San Clemente

Newport Beach Film Festival - Newport Beach
April 23-30, 2020
Rescheduled for August 6-13, 2020

Set in beautiful Newport Beach, a few blocks away from spectacular coastline and less than an hour from Hollywood, the Festival annually host several premieres and galas for a singular festival experience. This year's festival will be screening over 300 features and short films and welcoming over 500 filmmakers and 50,000 film fans to Orange County.

ACES Hot Rod Resurrection Car Show - Huntington Beach

ACES Car Club is once again hosting their annual Aces Hot Rod Resurrection. This event is open to pre ‘65 traditional hot rods, customs & vintage/classic bikes only, and being held at Old World, Huntington Beach, CA. Old World offers a very unique traditional German village backdrop for our unique collection of traditional hot rods and customs, combined with food, drink and live music.

Legal Networking Forum - Orange

South Coast College is hosting a 2-hour networking mixer to bring legal education, local resources and legal connections to our students and the community. This event is called Legal Networking Forum. This would especially be great for members of your community who may want to go into law or become a Paralegal.

There will be vendors in the legal field or services pertaining to law. This is a free event. Some of our vendors will include Law firms, Private investigators, Legal service companies, Deposition companies, Legal associations, Mediation and Arbitration companies and much more! All of our vendors will be sending email blasts to their communities to invite them to attend. Our Paralegal students will be here to meet the vendors and network with other attendees. And, our Attorneys who instruct the Paralegal Program will be here to answer any questions attendees may have about South Coast College. This is a great way for our legal community to connect.

Whale Watching - Dana Point & Newport Beach

Gray Whales migrate annually along the west coast of North America. They can be seen from the Orange County coast from December through April.

Summer and fall bring the giant blue whales. They can be seen from May through October

Humpback whales, finback whales, & minke whales are viewed year round. Giant marine protected park provides pristine habitat for whales and dolphin and means a simple 2-2.5 hour cruise is all that needed to see whales and dolphin from Dana Point and Newport Beach
