Treats in the Streets Autumn Festival
October 23-29, 2020

For 2020 - While we're not able to gather for our traditional "Treats in the Streets" event this year due to current health guidelines, that doesn't mean we cannot celebrate fall and have some fun. We invite you and your family to join us as we bring you "Festifall at City Hall". Households are invited to dress-up in your best Halloween costumes, bring along a decorated pumpkin, and help us turn our City Hall front lawn into a Pumpkin Patch. Then, everyone can "escape" the fun maze, grab a take-home craft (ssshhhh, it's a secret!), and take a spooktacular family picture at our Photobooth.

The streets surrounding the Old Towne Plaza are closed off to traffic and Old Towne merchants decorate their shops and local non-profit groups provide delicious food items and tasty treats for a nominal charge.

Fun activities include games, trick or treating with local merchants, a costume parade, and entertainment for participants of all ages. (Parents please leave masks and pets at home)
