Stanley Chou, M.D., is a board certified anesthesiologist, a board certified pain management specialist and a certified acupuncturist. Our mission is to relieve pain by comprehensive, quality and cost-effective medical care by pain specialists with the expertise in advanced interventional pain management and integrated traditional Chinese acupuncture for the treatment of patients who suffer from acute, chronic and cancer pain disorders.

PainCare Interventions
Founded by Dr. Larry Ho in1995, PainCare is the leading pain management center located in Irvine, Orange County, California, specializing in the treatment of the spine and joints. Interventional Pain Medicine is the diagnosis and treatment of pain-related disorders using minimally invasive interventional techniques such as injections and nerve blocks. PainCare has put the best of Physical and Sports Medicine, Interventional Treatment, Spine Decompression and Chiropractic Care together under one roof. Interventional procedures are performed by PainCare's Board Certified Specialists including most commonly epidural corticosteroid injections, facet blocks and selective nerve root blocks. PainCare Surgicenter is a fully AAAHC and Medicare Accredited facility.

Pain Care Rehabilitation
Physical Rehabilitation is the second of the 3-part treatment philosophy at PainCare: Intervention, Rehabilitation and Medical Management. At PainCare, our physical therapy program goes beyond the usual modalities found in most places. Not only are the treatments supervised by Dr. Khang Lai, our Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine Specialist; the treatments are delivered by Kristen Pitts, our Licensed Physical Therapist and Dr. Yousef Beshqoy, our Chiropractor. The combination of traditional physical therapy, non-surgical spinal decompression and chiropractic adjustment gives our patients the complete treatment options for best results.
