Student Production of 'Peter Pan' - Aliso Viejo

Acting Academy for Kids and the Ladera Ranch Education Foundation are proud to present the musical "Peter Pan"! Student actors (grades K-8) from Chaparral, Ladera Ranch, and Oso Grande Elementary Schools and Ladera Ranch Middle School will be performing Peter Pan June 3 (7pm), June 4 (7pm) and June 5 (2pm) at the Wood Canyon Elementary School Performing Arts Center in Aliso Viejo.

Celebration of the Arts - Yorba Linda

La Habra Valley Fair - La Habra
June 10-12, 2011

The theme is "Where Kids Come First". We believe in celebrating the success of the youth in our community and giving them a place to showcase that work, as well as learning through competition. Livestock auction will be on Sunday June 12 at 1 pm. High quality hormone free meat will be showcased and available to bid on. Livestock shows - including pigs, sheep, goats, steers and dairy run from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.

There will also be a dog show for youth and a professional agility show for the more skilled. Saturday boasts a car show and there will be a youth building displaying everything from veggies to Ag Mech to sewing and food items. Chili cook-off is on Sunday.

Annual Ride The Coast - Santa Ana
June 25, 2011

Ride the Coast consists of a non-competitive police escorted open ride that will begin at the Santa Ana Auto Mall wind around Pacific Coast Highway and finish at the Irvine Lake Blues Festival. Participants will be greeted at the finish line by six live blues performances, an array of good food, vendor expo, prizes and the great outdoors. If you don’t ride, drive to the end site and enjoy a fun-filled family festival!

District Tours - West Coast College Tour
Extended Summer Tour:

At District Tours, we offer a firsthand opportunity to tour different colleges and universities along the East and West Coast, plus a series of personal statement and college planning workshops. Combined, these all- inclusive experiences help to alleviate the anxiety associated with the college application process. Pageant of the Masters - Laguna Beach

Presented in July and August since the early 1930's, these colorful events have won worldwide recognition. The Festival is a juried exhibit of fine, strictly original works by 160 gifted artists, while the Pageant is a spectacular stage production of living art re-creations.

BATH'STILLE DAY at Costa Mesa Bark Park
Saturday July 9th, 2011

For a small fee (100% of that goes to benefit Bark Park) our crack volunteers will suds up your dirty dogs and towel them dry. It is "one price fits all" and we wash any canine with four paws and a tail regardless of breed, size or hair-do! Take your dog into the park, let him roll in the dirt and then sit back and relax with one our gourmet hot dogs while you watch someone else wrestle your dog to the ground with a bottle of shampoo!

BATH'STILLE DAY also includes a Vendor Fair, dog Adoption and Rescue groups, an Opportunity Drawing, new Bark Park Boutique items and other festivities.
