Irvine Park Railroad Easter Eggstravaganza
Saturday, March 14 - Saturday, April 4, 2015

At Irvine Park Railroad's Easter Eggstravaganza, children and adults can ride the train through beautiful Irvine Regional Park. Children ages 2 through 12 can participate in an Easter egg hunt. Each egg is filled with candy or a prize. Easter egg hunts begin daily at 10:00 AM and tickets may be purchased to participate in an egg hunt at a specific time. Please bring an Easter basket for each child that will be participating in the Easter egg hunt. Irvine Park Railroad also offers Easter baskets for sale.

Tickets must be purchased on the day of the event in order to receive a wristband for the Easter egg hunt. Children can also meet and have their picture taken with the Easter bunny (visit web site for cost). Other activities include hay rides, Easter cookie decorating, face painting, carnival games and a lot more. Additional Irvine Regional Park activities inside of the park include Irvine Park Rentals' paddle boats and Wheel Fun Rentals® bikes (single surrey bikes, deuce coupes, choppers, beach cruises and more), the Orange County Zoo and pony rides. Cupcake and Princess Party - Garden Grove

Back by popular demand, the Princesses are visiting the Festival Amphitheater for a special Cupcake Party! Little princes and princesses are invited to come hear a story, do crafts, sing a song, and have a cupcake with a Princess. Photo opportunities will also be available.

Gray Whale Mother's & Their Calves On Return Of Migration-$20 Whale Watching - Newport Beach

Many of the gray whales will be heading north as the Gray Whale Migration continues in April. Mother's and their calves are the most frequent sightings and are often found very close to shore. The sightings can be extremely good with gray whales found just outside the shoreline and even playing in the surf. Along with Gray Whales, finback whales, and humpback whales are also viewed from whale watching cruises from Newport Beach.

There will also be pet adoptions, pet products for sale, petting zoo, how-to workshops and advice from animal experts. It is presented by a nonprofit organization to promote responsible pet care.
