Summerfest & Business Expo: August

An end-of-summer celebration, block party and business mixer. Live music, pony rides and other carnival games are available. This event also gives Stanton businesses a chance to show their wares and services. It’s held at Stanton Park, on the corner of Beach Boulevard and Cedar Street, behind the Civic Center. Admission is free.

St. Polycarp Fiesta: October

Hosted by the Catholic Church, the main attractions for this fiesta are foods and music from cultures around the world. Special entertainment includes music from the church’s Vietnamese choir as well as a visit from folklorico dance troupes. There are also carnival rides for the kids, and there are carnival rides for the kids.

Christmas Tree Lighting and Children's Holiday Workshop - December

Kids get to make holiday cards and Santa Claus drops by for photos. The kids also make holiday crafts. Christmas tree lighting is an annual community event with carolers and a visit from Santa.
