With hills on one side and the ocean on the other, access to Laguna Beach is limited to Pacific Coast Highway, connecting to Newport Beach to the northwest and Dana Point to the south. You can also travel through Laguna Canyon Road (Route 133) crossing through the hills in a northeastern direction through Laguna Canyon.
